The media mauling of Australia continues! This is a real treat. Ricky has now warned Pietersen, saying, "I'm sure his techniques will be tested out a lot differently in the longer version." Tested? What, like the thorough examination your bowlers give when spraying deliveries around so much their overs turn into 11-ball epics? Scary.

Calling Mike

Mike Tyson says he wants to become a missionary! Well, Mike, if you want to raise some kids on the mission field, take a look at this - there's a four part mini-series called "Mish Kids" being shown on Channel4 at the moment. The first one was shown tonight and the next parts are due to be aired over the next three days at 7:55pm. That'll make him think twice! No, I'm joking. I'm a "mish kid" too!

Hat dobbing... and Latin

Having managed luckily to avoid jail in the seven years since I started at uni, I was allowed to go back up there last Saturday and collect a free MA. This is some Cambridge scam but I'm not complaining. As my friend Alex quite rightly pointed out, because we'd already got Master of Engineering degrees when graduating the first time, surely a Master of Arts degree would make us Masters of the Universe! Most people tended to disagree.

Anyway, the whole day is about a pretty strange freemason/Priory of Sion-esque ceremony and I thought I'd demystify it with the aid of some Lego men. Maybe you're about to go through this collecting-an-MA malarky in which case let me tell you some of the tips I picked up...
