My quest is starting to get somewhere. Typing "David Butler" into Google places nimisis.com at a dizzy number 34! With all these Butlers giving the rest of us a bad name at the moment (though they're probably innocent I should add), I seem to be getting leap-frogged! Ah well, sooner or later we'll get to the top ten.
