If you can prove your email address was obtained illegally then UK courts should judge in your favour.   <title>Spammer in jail</title>
  <description><![CDATA[Yesterday was a great day. No, not because Hedgehunter won the Grand National and no, not because Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles got married. It was great because <a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/4426949.stm">someone has finally been punished for spamming</a>. On top of that, Arsenal FC beat Middlesborough, Manchester United lost (to <strike>Norwich</strike> Delia Smith) and Chelsea only managed a draw to Birmingham City!
