Web APIs

Google produces all sorts of useful tools, for example, the Google toolbar and Google suggest. In my opinion the Google web API is their best tool so far. This page has descriptions of some projects I've worked on involving web APIs such as Google's. I've used php and Visual Basic 6 (VB6)... you don't have to use .NET!
